Greenalia S.A. is an Independent Power Producer (IPP) that invests solely in renewable energy technologies. Founded in 2006 and headquartered in A Coruña (Spain), we are present and provide services in Europe and in the United States.

We are pursuing a diversified growth strategy by making investments in solar, onshore wind, offshore wind, storage and biomass projects at various stages of development and operational maturity across different geographies. We have 5.5 GW pipeline of projects globally, as of 2022, and following the successful development of Misae Solar II (695 MW PV Plant in Texas) will look to continue developing new projects across de US.

We are the first company in Spain to use floating wind platforms, a technology that we are committed to and have developed in this country, and in which we aim to establish ourselves as one of the leaders and so, via these developments, promote a high capacity in this sector for Spanish industry.
